Our project is moving full steam ahead with some fantastic news to share. After over three years of preparation, we've officially submitted funding applications for our project to various trusts in the region. These trusts include AAW Jones Trust, Otago Community Trust, Central Lakes Trust, and we have one more pending with the Alexander McMillan Trust. The combined value of these applications is an impressive $675,000, a significant milestone in our journey to renovate our facility.
We eagerly anticipate the results of these funding applications, which will be crucial in making our dream of a new church building a reality. Our goal is to begin construction in early 2024, pending the decisions made by the trusts.
